On 6 December BDPC held the first clarification meeting for the Ownership Tenders, in Tianyin Mansion from 9:00 to 12:00 am.

The meeting was chaired by Mr. Liu Zhi, deputy director of Beijing Development Planning Commission in charge of the Ownership Tenders and co-chaired by Ms. Huang Yan, deputy director of the Beijing Municipal Planning Commission. Delegates from BDPC, Haidian and Shunyi counties and the respective Tendering Agencies also attended.

During the meeting, Mr. Liu Zhi and Ms. Huang Yan commented on the Ownership Tenders and the Concept Design Competition for the National Stadium.

Regarding the Ownership Tenders, the attendees received a set of documents with corrections to the Pre-qualification tenders as well as replies to questions submitted earlier.
Mss. Huang Yan and Mr. Liu Zhi then also answered many of the questions raised by the public; many more could not be answered due to time constraints.

This was the first but also last "face-to-face" clarification meeting. Further questions will be published on BDPC website (Beijing Investment Platform). Mr. Liu Zhi stressed BDPC cannot deal individually with questions from every interested bidder and the list of Pre-qualification applicants will remain confidential.
Ms. Huang Yan also announced certain information requested will be later published on the BMPC website.
