• "Green Light": Comments from the Beijing Municipal Government on the Green Light procedures for the setup of foreign investment ventures. From 1 January 2002, only BFISC will set up a special window to freely help foreigner to come to Beijing to carry out all the procedures to set up a foreign invested enterprise.
• Procedures for Establishing a Foreign Enterprise Representative Office in Beijing.
• Documents to be submitted when reporting the changes in the representative office of foreign enterprise.
