Documents to be Submitted by  Foreign Contractual Joint Ventures, Co-operative Ventures and Wholly Foreign Owned Enterprises based in Beijing Wishing to Establish a Subsidiary or Branch Office in other parts of China or Branch in Beijing

Beijing Investment Service Center is authorized to act as an agent for foreign contractual join ventures, co-operative ventures and wholly foreign owned enterprises based in Beijing wishing to establish a branch company, sales office or a branch office in other parts of China and to help them under go the procedures of examination and approval.
 
The enterprise wishing to establish a subsidiary or a branch office shall present the following documents:
 

1. Copy of the certificate of approval of the foreign enterprise.
2. Copy enterprise's business license bearing the original enterprise chop.
3. The copy of the report on the verification of capital.
4. The copy of lease agreement and certificate of title to house property.
5. The original of the decision of the board of directors.
6. The original of certificate of the working capital/operating fund (there is no need to submit that document if the enterprise is applying to establish a branch office)
7. Credentials of the employees responsible for the operations of the branch office or subsidiary, their identity documents and resumes.
8. The original of the application forms to the Beijing Foreign Economic and Trade Commission and the Beijing Industry and Commerce Bureau signed by the chairman of the board of directors.
9. Copy of enterprise's contract and the articles of association.
