The Rainforest
Cafe in November 2001
|
On 14 September 2001 BFISC delegates
invited the Chinese staff of the American Chamber of Commerce for
a dinner in the Rainforest Cafe (Oriental Plaza Shopping Mall).
The AMCHAM team was headed by Mr. Li Jianbo, Manager, Chinese Public
Affairs.
BFISC has been working closely with
AMCHAM since long. BFISC also assisted the US investors to set up
the establishment and joined the official opening.
The multi-million dollar investment was closed in 2002, most blaming
poor food and management. It proves that even with all the best
assistance the day-to-day management still has the key for success.
