2 July 2002 - Singleton (NSW - Australia) delegation visits Beijing


Mr. Sun receives a souvenir gift from the Mayor

Mr. Sun Changtai, director of BFISC, received a delegation from Singleton, composed by the Mayor (Mr. Daniel Golenia), vice Mayor (Ms. Mary Robinson), the Newcastle & Hunter Business Chamber (Ms. Sandra Gilshenan) as well as other representatives.
Singleton, though small in size (21,500 inhabitants), is an important coal mining, agricultural and tourist center 200 Km north west of Sydney. A business delegation also visited Beijing to explore commercial opportunities.
Singleton was also deeply involved in the Sydney Olympics.
